2010 Recital for Levels I – Co.

By allowing your child to participate in the Arts YOUniversity June Recital, you commit yourself and/or your child to the following dates and events.  

Costume Requirements and Due Dates
Creative Movement and Beginner students will need one costume; all other students will need one costume for each subject they train in. For those students in Musical Theater Levels III, IV, V and Co. TWO costumes will be needed for this class.  Costumes include all accessories (hats, gloves, etc.), but not tights or shoes. Costumes will not be ordered until they are paid for in full or a Costume Payment Plan has been approved by the office. No costumes can be ordered after February 15, 2010. Tights are purchased at Arts YOU only and shoes can be purchased at Arena Dance in Hamilton. Tights & Shoe Requirements will be distributed at Spring Parent Meeting Week.

In efforts to make a special day for our youngest stars of Arts YOUniversity, we are hosting a 2 show performance day, including both Monday, Wednesday & Saturday Creative Movement and Beginner Dancers with special performances by The Company and Jr. Company, Movements of Grace, vocal and dance soloists and selected numbers from our featured Musical Theater Presentation. The show will be in one act, will last about one hour long, with no intermission and assigned seating. Tickets for each show will be $10 each.  All families with children in both this show and the June RHS Recital will receive 2 FREE tickets to this show. Last year, our very first Creative Mvmt. & Beginner Recital was a smashing success, giving our 3-6 year olds their own show, catering to their schedules, making the entire performance experience special for them and hassle free for parents. Families can by tickets at designated appt. times (The order in which your registered. Dates listed below) and will be limited to buying 4 tickets per family at that time. After all families have had the opportunity to purchase their tickets, any extra tickets will be sold the following week.  We offer a special DVD of their performance day and you can pre-order this at your ticket appt.  4 Tickets, programs and DVD will be sold for a package price of $60. per family.

- Booster ad Names or sentence, 10-word maximum, $10. (Extra charge for more words.)
- Business Card $20
- 1/4 page $25 (One photo or business card included.)
- 1/2 page $50 (One photo or business card included.)
- Full page $100 (One photo or business card included.)

1. Ads may be submitted in Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, or as JPEG, TIFF, EPS, or PDF files. All ads should be submitted by email to ArtsYOUniversity@aol.com.
2. All ads are black and white.
3. Use a separate form for each ad submission.
4. A "Program Advertising Form(s)" is available at the Arts YOU office
5. Deadline for all ads is April 15th.
6. Checks should be payable to Arts YOUniversity.
